Ashley was wonderful to work with. She deserves major praise for dealing with my difficult husband during the home buying process with patience, grace and professionalism. What we were looking for wasn’t exactly in abundance and when we weren’t finding anything good, my husband was so antsy to move quickly, he was constantly switching up his must-haves (or just ignoring the things that were most important to us in a home). Ashley could’ve easily made a quick sale, but she knew that we would ultimately not be happy when my husband hit those moments of desperation and sending her homes he thought he would be happy in and wanting to look at. She listened and knew what we truly wanted and made sure to keep us on the right track.

Working with Ashley Nearby was an amazing experience. She always went above and beyond and after a few meeting and Panera stops we finally decided on a house. She made the closing and inspections a breeze as well. She comes highly recommended from us.
