The sellers did not accept my original offer, but Ashley was great at sticking to her guns, and was an amazing negotiator on my behalf. Moved in state from Indiana. Ashley always responded right away and would answer any questions we had. She would go and view homes for us and was always in touch keeping us up to date on new listings or what the progress was on making an offer through the closing process.
