This is the third real estate transaction I’ve done in the past number of years with Ashley. Her dedication to her clients, listening and putting up with our neurosis’s and anxiety over a house being on market, and her putting forth her own blood sweat and tears to ensure the house is the best that it can be on the market is nothing short of incredible. Would I work with Ashley again? It’s a given.
Ashley took time out of her schedule to show us a home before we even had a pre-approval. She then helped us find a lender and secure funding, as well as showed us the home at least 2 more times. She was excellent at communicating with every involved party and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She even followed up after we moved to make sure the house was everything we hoped for (and it is!).
Ashley is knowledgeable and kind. If she doesn’t know the answer to something she immediately goes to work on finding an answer. Her communication is wonderful! She drove long distances to show me several houses and when I would call to look at something, she made it happen! I feel so blessed to have been able to work with such a wonderful realtor, and now friend! I would recommend Ashley as a realtor to absolutely anyone!
