Hi, I’m Ashley Mason, a real estate agent with RE/MAX One. Before starting my career in real estate, I worked in emergency services as a firefighter-paramedic with Fairfax County. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions when the stakes are high—skills that continue to guide how I serve my clients today.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and I take that responsibility seriously. I approach every transaction with preparation, honesty, and a strong commitment to protecting my clients’ best interests. My goal is to make sure each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
I grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania as a military kid and moved frequently before eventually settling in Charles County, where I lived for about 20 years. After getting married, I relocated to Calvert County. Going through that move myself gave me a deeper appreciation for what “home” really means.
I’m a wife, mom, and stepmom who values strong foundations both at home and in business. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in the gym and participating in races like Savage Race, Spartan, and Mud Girl. I also studied drafting in high school and designed homes, which makes real estate feel like a natural fit for me today. I’m a lifelong animal lover with three cats and previously volunteered with the Humane Society in Charles County.
I chose RE/MAX One for its strong training, collaborative culture, and commitment to professionalism. I work primarily out of the Prince Frederick office and serve clients throughout Calvert County and the surrounding areas.
