Ashley Martins, was my Property Manager for my home in Temecula, CA for many years. She did an excellent job finding tenants and seeing that the property was maintained. When there was a flood she handled getting all the repairs done at costs less than what the insurance company figured. When I decided to sell the home, she was a natural to handle the sale since she was already familiar with the property. She did an excellent job. We had multiple offers the first day and closed within a month!!! I would definitely recommend Ashley as a Property Manager or as a Realtor.
