I met Ashley while house hunting with my daughter , and based on her knowledge , caring , professional demeanor, and her knowledge of the market I decided to have her sell my vacant land in Lake Isabella CA. Ashley got right to work , and after listing the property had two offers, but Ashley recognized a problem with the first buyers unwillingness to give prof of funds , so Ashley advised me there had been real estate fraud happening so I elected to accept the lesser of two offers.
