I interviewed 5 other agents and chose Ashley to represent the sale of my home in Davie on 1 acre of land. My sale was very demanding, due to many variables of mine at the time of this sale. Ashley and her team went above and beyond to assist in selling my home and were able to accomplish the deadlines needed to sell it by. Ashley and team always responded to me quickly and effectively. I can be a very demanding person especially since my life savings of my home were on the line. Team Ashley listened to all my ideas and we tried many of them, but in the end they were the experts in today's new changing market. The old day's of putting out a sign and selling your house in a month are gone. Ashley has the knowledge, team and tools to effectively make that sale. When it came to negotiating, Ashley is a sweet person, but drives a hard bargain. I am glad she was representing me and not them. Currently she is helping me buy my new house. We have created a wonderful friendship as well. I highly recommend her to assist you in selling or buying any type of home.
