About Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley Kohtz, RE/MAX Concepts REALTOR®. I was born and raised here in Lincoln, Nebraska, and have never moved away. This city is home to me, my husband, our two kids, dog, cat, fish and rats. I love it here and have spent a good part of my career helping it grow with my construction knowledge and trade skills. I have been in the housing industry as a contractor and remodeler since 2013. I like to think of myself as a Jill-of-all-trades, with a wide range of experiences and whole house education. As a REALTOR® I put these skills to use, helping sellers know how to prepare their home for the market and helping buyers attain quality homes while spotting potential expenses. My focus is on my clients as their advocate. I believe educating, advising, and being present are essential aspects of being a REALTOR®.. This is achieved by maintaining my own education, keeping up on market trends, and using the latest technology and resources provided by RE/MAX Concepts. I also attend Housing Advocacy Committee meetings through our local Realtors Association to give back to the community and help Lincoln grow.
