Deciding to go with Ashley Kaplan as our realtor was the best decision we could have made to sell our home. It is never a guarantee that your home will sell as fast as you think it would or even sell at all. There is a lot of unknown and uncertainty on the outcome when your house goes on the market. How much do we put it up for? Do we try to sell on our own? Do we know what to do if someone puts an offer on our house? All of these questions and concerns were washed away when Ashley took over as our realtor. Ashley came in with open ears, heard what our expectations were and went to work for us! I have witnessed different realtors who attempt to grab a potential seller to list their house just for the commission, with no consideration of the sellers input. Ashley didn’t do that, Ashley genuinely cared about our expectations and when new information was presented she would communicate to us immediately. Ashley was able to bring her knowledge and expertise to execute literally everything we were wanting to get out of the sale from our first home. Ashley was such a blessing throughout the entire purchase process.
