I am a full time Realtor servicing the needs of home sellers and buyers in the greater Philadelphia area. My passion is in helping my clients with one of their most important decisions and quite possible the most expensive one of their life time. My goal is to not only achieve their expectations but to exceed them. I pride myself on using the most modern technology and forms of social media, creating results sooner than later and accomplishing great results and higher sales prices. I go the extra mile and spend a great deal of time to leave my clients completely satisfied. My specialties include Buyer Representation, traditional residential sales, move-up buyers, down-sizing and estate sales. Being a native of the Willow Grove area and presently calling it home, I am not only experienced with the suburbs but also the great neighborhood in Philadelphia. I am a graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business and have over 14 years of construction and property management experience which lends perfectly with my career in real estate. My knowledge of home construction provides additional piece of mind for my clients and becomes invaluable during home inspection negotiations.
