Ashley was recommended to us by a mutual friend and she certainly didn’t disappoint. We decided to sell our home after 19.5 years and look for a piece of land to build our forever home. I interviewed several agents but Ashley stood out more so than anyone else. She has great ideas, advice and insight into the home selling/buying process. Because our home was a custom home, we were worried about comps but Ashley did her homework and we priced our home at a competitive price that we felt comfortable. She also played an integral part in helping us find a piece of land and negotiate a suitable price. Ashley is very professional, approachable and incredibly smart. When our house went live, we were blown away by the pictures and drone footage, simply gorgeous. We had several showings and 2 very secure offers. Ashley was there from beginning to end and we highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed.
