Loved working with Ashley!
I recently moved back to Chico, my hometown, after living away for 18 years. There are a lot and new neighborhoods and changes in general. Ashley was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and school districts and where I might want to look for a house. When the Lazy Trail Drive house popped up on the market, we moved immediately. Ashley's advice about immediately placing an offer and what to do following its acceptance was invaluable. I got a fantastic house in a desirable location for a great price!
