Ashley was recommended to me by a friend at work and since I had problems getting a house through other agents I was skeptical. After reaching out to Ashley she got to work immediately finding me listings, mortgage lenders, ext… After having trouble getting approved through a typical mortgage because I work in commissions I kinda lost hope on getting a home before my 25th birthday (which was my reason for moving out to CO). Ashley recommend looking into a rent-to-own program called Divvy. This would help me getting into the home I want to purchase while sorting out the commission income needed to get me approved for a mortgage. Since I was trying to get into my home in the Springs while prices were still “affordable” I decided to give it a try. We found two listings after getting an approval through Divvy and went to look at those properties that weekend. I liked both house and decided to put multiple offers down (one of which was accepted). The rest of the process was seamless, Ashley stayed in contact with the everyone to ensure a quick close which happened in about 4 weeks after having our offer accepted. I am currently a day away from picking up my keys to my home and already finished closing. Thanks to Ashley and her recommendation to work with Divvy I will be living in the home I will purchase with Ashley’s help getting a mortgage throughout the first year of renting through Divvy. I was able to achieve all of this less than a month before my 25th birthday!! With that being said, anyone having trouble getting into your dream home contact Ashley PLEASE!!!
