Ashley is a miracle worker. Her negotiation skills are unmatched. I had to cancel an investment condo on closing day and she got my earnest money deposit back. That’s absolutely unheard of, I thought that money was long gone. Her knowledge, experience and care far surpasses any realtor I’ve worked with.
