Ashley Hedden is amazing

Ashley Hedden is amazing. We were on a really tight timeline and could only tour houses after work. We would spend hours in the late evenings looking at places and talking strategy…all with a fussy toddler. None of that fazed Ashley. My husband and I kept saying that AH stood for “Always Hustling” because Ashley worked nonstop for us to make it happen. She is on her game all the time. Always looking out for us. For example, the property inspection showed that the cable lines were attached to the house incorrectly, which could cause a hazard when it lightning. In the morning when I spoke to Ashley about it, she said that she was calling different cable companies to see whose line it was. I checked in with her less than two hours later to see if she found out whose it was and she said that she was at the house, watching the company’s rep take it down as we spoke. Another time, the seller wanted multiple quotes on what it would cost to do the repairs from the home inspection. Ashley not only found three different quotes from multiple tradesmen, but she then spent two days at the house talking to them about the basis for their quotes. The business/guy she found who did the repairs is amazing and we are using his company for other home projections. Finding a home in this area is not easy and it is not cheap. We wanted very specific things at a very idealistic price. Ashley made it happen. Her connections and relationships with other real estate agents and brokers are why we got such a great house at the right price. She is an exceptional communicator and so devoted to her people. One of the kindest people we have ever met. And, she was so amazing with our toddler, who still asks when does she get to go see Ms. Ashley again.
