I was a crazy woman when we decided to move. When I called Ashley to tell me her plan, she immediately jumped into the Hicks tornado and accomplished what we wanted without hesitation or question. She answer every question, concern and helped us navigate one of the most hectic and stressful times of 2020. And that says a lot considering it was 2020. She got our house on the market, under contract and sold quicker than I thought could be done. Throughout the process, the team constantly provided real information to make good decisions which resulted in a high sell price and easy close. Her guidance and knowledge helped us avoid any big issues or hangups, which I honestly didn't know was even possible when making such a big transaction. I cried tears of joy when I say how she presented our home to the market, the listing photos and description were representative of what the house meant to us as a family and making it presentable and desirable for a new one. We are currently in the market for our next home, waiting until the right one comes along. Any time we think we may have found it, Ashley provides us incredible information about what it will REALLY cost and require to purchase it. When she provides information such as insurance quotes for the potential home, tax rates, neighborhood information, we feel like we can make a truly educated decision to move forward or not. I feel like she truly cares that we are happy and peaceful in our new house and goes above and beyond to make sure we understand the purchase we are going to make and live in for a long time.
