My experience with Ashley & Derek Grier exceeded my expectations. Being that I live out of state, it took so much pressure off my shoulders given that they met contractors at the house to fix, clean and paint the interior, then they set me up with an exceptional company for staging, and ultimately, did everything needed that I wasn't able to do from afar. I couldn't have done it without them and at the end of the day, I closed with a higher selling price than I anticipated.
