My name is Ashley Gonzalez, south Florida realtor with RESF. I am a multi-talented individual with a diverse background in dance, finance, and real estate. Born with a passion for movement, I discovered my love for dance at a young age. I trained rigorously in various dance styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz funk, salsa, flamenco, belly dance, and shuffling, I became known for my exceptional talent and dedication. Fun fact about me, I performed on stage at Ultra Music Festival in front of over 60,000 people in 2022 & 2023. While pursuing my passion for dance, I always had a keen interest in finance. Recognizing the importance of financial literacy and its impact on personal and professional success, I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Finance. During my undergraduate years, I sharpened my analytical skills, delving into topics such as investment management, financial planning, and risk assessment. Eager to expand my knowledge and combine her interests in finance and real estate, I will be attending FIU to pursue my Master's degree in Science in International Real Estate. This program equips me with the necessary skills to navigate the global real estate market, understand property valuation, analyze investment opportunities, and explore sustainable development practices.My unique blend of dance, finance, and real estate expertise sets me apart in the industry.
