We must have looked at 45 to 50 homes. Unfortunately the timing and market conditions were extremely agressive on the buyers side and our offers were just not enough. However, Ashley never pushed and never leveraged the pricing bubble to make us bid higher than what she new was a just price. She has great integrity and knowledge of the house pricing.
