Ashley was thorough in her communication both in person and email, answering our questions and explaining the process to us so we were comfortable with it. Her personality makes her easy to talk to- more like some you know rather than a stuffy professional relationship. Her knowledge of the housing market, along with her attention to the details that sell homes was so helpful. From prepping our house for the market (paint colors, finishing touches), recommendations on how to stage it and giving us a comprehensive analysis of where our home was within the current market, Ashley was on point.
