Ashley assisted us in selling our condo and finding a home we could purchase for our daughter. Ashley’s attention to detail during our search for a home was exceptional. Our offer was accepted among multiple offers only because of her ability to find our what the homeowner wanted through their agent. Once in escrow, her attention to detail was unmatched. Our sale was handled the same way. The buyers realtor had to leave on an emergency but the process continued because Ashley managed to follow up directly with the buyers loan officer which helped speed up the the escrow process. The LA market is tough. Your realtor needs to be patient, quick, and affable. Ashley embodies all those characteristics and more!
