My husband and I came to Ashley at the beginning of March 2025 with a very tall ask: We wanted to purchase a property in Allegan with a contingent offer (an offer based on the future sale of our current home). We also had a long list of wishes: Built within the last 75 years with charming character, at least 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, privacy but walkable to downtown, and, most importantly, a water view. Our budget wasn't bottomless and a contingent offer is not appealing to most sellers. However, Ashley stuck with us through several tours! She sent us the listing of our now dream home as soon as it hit the market and got us a tour the same day. Although our first offer wasn't accepted, she helped us resubmit and personally advocated for us with the listing agent... and we are now homeowners of our dream property!
