Ashley Fritts

I was moving Across Country and buying a home On-Line. Ashely Fritts made my Journey completely stress free. Ashley was Amazing and a One-Stop Shop. From working with a 3 hours time difference and finding a home with my criteria Ashley was Amazing and Patient. There wasn't anything or anyone she couldn't deal with. After showing me a few homes she quickly picked up on what I was Really Looking For. It seemed like she knew me better than I knew myself. She found the Perfect Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood and did Everything I would have needed to do had I been there... Ashley was extremely professional, knowledgeable and negotiated a great Purchasing Price with Extras. She was able to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. I have never worked with a Realtor that was so Hands On and Treated me as if I were her Only Client. She had Multiple Listings on her Plate and I still felt like I was Number 1. I definitely recommend Ashley Fritts as your next Realtor!!!!

Absolutely Love Ashley she is Amazing!!, and goes above and beyond, I would recommend her to Anybody looking to purchase or sell their home.

Ashley is an amazing realtor! Not only is she warm and friendly, she is also professional and knowledgeable. Her patience and persistence in helping my brother throughout the entire process of buying his first home makes her top notch in our book. Plus, she knows a full range of contractors and service providers to help new homeowners get started in their homes, as well as for painting projects, electrical work or other projects down the road.

Working with Ashley was an absolute pleasure! She made the entire process of selling my home smooth and stress-free. Her expertise, market knowledge, and dedication were truly impressive. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

We are so grateful to the mutual friend who connected my daughter and I to Ashley as we started our journey to buy a home my daughter could live in during her four years in veterinary school. From minute one, Ashley was responsive and attentive to our need for the right location, square footage, age and price. She provided detailed overviews of each property, mapped out ideal routes for efficient showings, and even accommodated our last minute add-on houses with a smile. When we found "the" home, she moved quickly to build a repoire with the selling agent and advise us on the best offer to make, ultimately leading the seller to choose our offer over another on the table. From offer acceptance to closing was only 10 days and Ashley was with us the entire process. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to ease the process, Ashley is your best bet.

Ashley was amazing from start to finish. She was great to work with during the home buying process. Ashley is knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything go smoothly; she was always accessible and happy to help. Ashley has a lot of contacts and quickly connected us with reliable contractors after closing, which was incredibly helpful. I’d definitely recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
