Her knowledge of the local area helped us out tremendously with purchasing our home from the other side of the country. Additionally, Ashley always took the extra step with walkthrough videos of every home we wanted to see and explained everything she was seeing that may not have otherwise come through across video chat. She also has a deep understanding of the market and what works compared to what doesn't to win offers and is willing and ready to share that knowledge to secure a home in a chaotic and ever changing market.
