Ashley L Edens is a lifetime resident of Titusville and Brevard County. She has a BS in Legal Studies from Hodges University and attended Barry Law in Orlando. She acquired her Real Estate Sales Associate License in October of 2014 and recently received her Real Estate Brokers License in July of 2020. She also maintains a 2-20 Insurance Agent's License as well as a Loan Originator License. All licenses are with the state of Florida.
The National Association of Realtors provides designations to members that have completed education in specialized areas and she has completed and acquired a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and an MRP (Military Relocation Professional).
With her previous brokerage, she, and her team, were multi-million dollar producers in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, and is now continuing the trend for Welcome Home Realty in 2021. They were awarded Agents of the Year, Team of the Year, and Sapphire awards from Real Living after generating well over 150 transactions during that time.
She has extensive experience in the residential market as well as experience with property management, commercial real estate, new construction and investor relations.
She is also active in her community while serving on the Titusville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as city committees like the Municipal Code Enforcement Board. She has also been invited to speak for the Small Business Association and SCORE. With two young daughters in the Brevard County School System she enjoys donating time and resources to our local schools.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis at the local country club, game nights with friends, playing with her French Bulldog, Chewy, and back-yard BBQs while spending time in the pool with her kids and family.
