Ashley recent found our apartment for us in Sarasota. From the start, she was extremely responsive to our every text, email, and call. She spent days with first me, then my spouse on successive visits to Florida. Not only was she indefatigable, but she was pleasant and upbeat throughout the process. She truly enjoys her work. As we live out of town off season, she went above and beyond at the closing (without us), and facilitated a separate sale of the seller's furniture. She even coordinated and provided paperwork for the owner's to stay on as renters for a couple of months following the closing! Ashley Dooley is a true professional, made the home buying process so easy when we had to have a new home in 6 weeks after a builder let us down on a new build. Ashley calmed us down helped us get organized and our heads on straight. Then found not one, but two fabulous homes for us to chose from in that days not weeks.
