Our long distance (from CA to KY) move would have been extremely difficult without Ashley as our buyer's agent. My spouse was still teaching in Pasadena, so after a couple of trips with her during school holidays, I had to make another trip to Kentucky without her. It was a seller's market, and houses were being bought before our bids could be communicated, or sometimes before I could see them! Thankfully, Ashley caught on quickly to what we were looking for and steered me in the right direction, until I found a house still available with the amenities we wanted. A brief phone call with my wife and we were bidding on it, then it was ours! Without Ashley's help, we might still be chasing our tails six months later.
