Ashley was great she help us when we had a issue during our sale, a water leak from above our unit delayed our closing she help us find contractor to do clean up and restore the units flooring that helped close our sale . Not sure what we have done without her !

I worked with Ashley on the purchase and sale of property in PCB. From the beginning, Ashley was very knowledgeable of the market and history. She was the most organized agent I have ever worked with as I have had work to do in that process previously, but not while working with Ashley. She was always ahead of everything and providing great communication and strategy points to consider. Not only does she keep you on target and schedule, she seems to do this without creating pressure on your time for things. I have leaned on her to help get things done quickly for us as sometimes it’s needed to move quickly on something. I knew that I could always count on her to be prompt, always respond even when she is handling many other things for other clients. She always makes the time to communicate. When we were closing on a property, things were not ready in the background from another sale that had to close before ours could proceed. We were all standing waiting the news that we could proceed because money wasn’t in from the last sale so we could not close. I usually don’t panic in situations, Ashley reading my body language calmly told me not to panic as she has seen this many times before. And that she could help with other contacts to get this done if things didn’t go as planned. She instantly made me feel relaxed that it would all work out and that she would let me know when it’s time to panic. That was such a great moment as she delivered calm leadership in a process that sometimes doesn’t go according to plan. I truly appreciate her for all the knowledge she has and her connections in the community. I needed a contractor once for something to be repaired quickly. I wasn’t getting anyone that could come as they were two weeks out. Ashley helped - made three recommendations. I called the first and dropped her name. They arrived that day to assess what was needed. If you are choosing an agent. Don’t skip past this review with any other thought than choosing Ashley.
