Ashley was an amazing realtor and was very educated. She initially came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to be ready to sell and she was confident in the information she provided us. We were on a tight schedule to get the house sold and she was excellent at achieving all of those goals. She walked us through the entire process and made everything extremely easy to understand. Ashley was there step by step to guide us, inform us, and answer all the questions and concerns we had. Ashley would respond to us quickly no matter what else she had going on and made us feel like we were her only clients (even though she has many). We had a very complicated journey - we were buying our new home and the people we bought from we’re buying ours, this is a rare occurrence from my understanding in the realty market, but not one time was is complicated or stressful. Ashley was great to work with. She felt very personable from the moment we met her at the first house she showed to us. She checked in with us often during a long wait for closing and gave very helpful guidance right before closing to get through a last minute gliche. She made herself available to cater to our schedule, too. I would highly recommend working with her if you need to buy or sell a home!

I would imagine we could be considered “nightmare” clients. But Ashley never for a second made us feel that way. I say we were difficult because she initially asked for some requirements for our future home, and I’m pretty sure I changed those daily. I’d go from wanting 5+ acres that MUST have a pole barn, to looking at condos and everything in between. Houses are going fast! And I was getting worried as our apartment lease was nearing the resigning time but Ashley was definitely working hard for my family. I lost count on how many showings we went to but what I won’t forget is how she made them happen, many times last minute and to our schedule. When Ashley sent the specs on our home, I knew IMMEDIATELY it was the one! It had been on the market for just a few hours and and since things were moving fast, Ashley knew we had to. Ashley fought for us and made it happen. Even working all night and into the early morning hours. I honestly cannot imagine another scenario that could have been better. And throughout the entire process I trusted her, I NEVER doubted she was on our side. I never felt pushed in any direction, she allowed us to be in control. We were in control, but we felt comfortable being in control with her ideas and suggestions. We felt safe because we have NO DOUBT that she knows what she’s doing! What a great feeling! Ashley is extremely smart, trustworthy, transparent, patient, she is a leader and she is a fighter! Ashley fought for us and led us right to the home we will live in forever.
