When we were close on a decision, she even visited the final properties and facetimed us. After our offer was accepted, most agents start to coast and let the bank and title company wrap things up. We encountered numerous issues that would have delayed our closing and put our deposit at risk. Ashley wasn't afraid to step in and contact the lender, association, and title company to make certain these issues were corrected. This allowed us to close on time.
