I don't even know where to begin, Ashley went above and beyond to help us find our forever home!

I chose Ashley because of all the great reviews she has received online. Best decision as we were not disappointed! She is honest & dependable. She cut into her family time to talk, text, or stay longer at an appointment to ensure her clients were taken care of; answered questions when I couldn’t get a response from the realtor selling our home (especially when things were going wrong on that end, Ashley ensured that things were always going right on this end so we never had to worry); drove me around for an entire day when I didn't have a rental car; & never made us feel rushed. She is extremely patient when one changes their mind & doesn't make you feel like you are wasting her time. She knew what we wanted, so when a house became available that met all our criteria & we were unable to see it, we knew we could trust her opinion (and did so for countless other houses & anything else related to Colorado). Ashley is top notch & as such, only works with the best for a smooth transaction. Ann, her fellow realtor; Team Fruci, our loan officers (for someone not good at math, Kay explained everything so I could understand); TranscendCO who did the contracts; Hunt Property Inspections; etc. When Ashley couldn't look at a house for us, she had Ann take amazingly thorough videos so we could rule out houses. Ashley got us the best deal, even thinking of things that we didn't think of asking for. She took care of the house before we moved in (making sure the developer got the house cleaned & radon mitigation installed) & afterwards, brought us some items to use till our shipment arrived. Once settled, she doesn't stop there. She has given us the names of the contractors she uses (again, only the best) & a much-needed dentist. She calls to check on you & I can call her for any reason (she listens & doesn’t criticize). Ashley is not called the Unicorn Realtor for nothing, she clearly knows how to work her magic & I am honored to now consider her a friend!
