Ashley helped make us a homeowner We met Ashley Candler through a mutual customer of hers. My spouse and I are dual-military and we were becoming first time home owners. She began to show us some houses and then filtered out our taste in a home. She was very active in showing us homes and called at least once a week to gage our thoughts. She created a group chat we talked in religiously. This all helped because we were buying a home in a state neither of us lived in yet. The calls essentially directed Ashley into what we were looking for in a home. The portal she made us would upload daily with homes she thought we'd be interested in and from there she would show us tours of the homes. Her videos were VERY detailed, clear, and she never failed to voice the advantages and disadvantages of the home. She has many connections so it was a smooth process to submit offers. She also consistently gave us feedback to make our offers stronger. Lastly, Ashley is patient. It took us about five months to secure a home we loved. We never received any pressure from her during the process and she understood when we found our home we would know. I would 100% hire Ashley again if we bought another home.
