Don't buy a house without Ashley! There's so much more to her being my literal hero but it won't fit

This one is going to be long since I have so many amazing things to say about Ashley and the team she put me in touch with. We moved from out of state so I was even more so apprehensive about the entire process after hearing all of the horror stories and never thinking we'd be able to even buy a home as millennials. From the very first call with Ashley she was incredibly comforting and knowledgeable and genuinely put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process. She put us in touch with our loan agents and still basically held my hand through the whole process with them. After approval, she immediately got me a list of houses for sale and as soon as one caught my eye she set up a viewing. Now being out of state scared the crap out of me. But Ashley recorded herself doing a walk-through of the house and was INCREDIBLY thorough down to even letting me know smells and sounds and pointed out such tiny little details I'm convinced she's part hawk. Then when it came to putting in our offer she was very quick and detailed and made sure we agreed with all of it before sending it over. Unfortunately, although she tried her hardest we didn't end up getting that house. A couple days after that she sent me the listing for a house that just went up and let me tell you it was love at first sight. She got in touch with the seller's agent and even though it just went up and didn't have any showings scheduled she worked her magic and got one the same fricking day. Again, she was incredibly thorough and detailed with the video since we were still on the opposite coast line. That night she wrote up the offer for us. A couple days later Ashley called us while out to dinner with her family just to tell us we got it! She seemed just as excited for us as we were. Not only did we get the couple minor things wrong fixed by the seller she got us in for 5k less than listing! She then still walked us though the entire rest of the process with insurance, the inspection-everything.
