Ashley continuously went above and beyond at every step in the process to ensure that our purchase went smoothly. We were out-of-state buyers making our purchase sight unseen and Ashley physically drove to the property to setup video-chats with inspectors and contractors so we could see for ourselves the house and the work that had to be done while we were in escrow. We were nervous buying a house that we couldn’t see but Ashley made us feel comfortable at every step being our eyes and ears in that market. Ashley made us feel confident, knowing we were in good hands the whole time! And she didn’t stop working for us once escrow closed either like some agents would after they got paid. The sellers forgot to give us a mailbox key and Ashley took it upon herself a month after the sale to track down the sellers and get the key from them to deliver for us :D
Ashley basically held our hands from buying to turning around and selling the same house. She is amazing at what she does and is always available to answer ANY questions we may have had. I would recommend her 1000 times over to anyone buying or selling!
Ashley treats you like family - in the best way. She really listens and trys to fit your needs to the situation rather than pushing you in a direction that is more beneficial for her. Her background being part of a military family really helped her understand our situation as well as our buyer's and made the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Our house was barely on the market for 48 hours and closed right on time. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. We were gifted with a delicious homemade pot pie from her at closing to boot!
We’re an army family that was relocating from NY to CO. Between the big move with a newborn, a3 yr old, a global pandemic, and a insane housing market to compete in. Prior to connecting with Ashley, we genuinely feared we would be arriving to Colorado homeless. Ashley went above and beyond to try and find us something we loved and felt safe in. She kept us justttt under our budget and managed to get like our third offer accepted without having to go a crazy amount over asking. She got us into a great school district for our kids and even made sure our dogs had a nice yard to enjoy. She even came over and hauled in whatever packages and mail arrived before we did, to make sure nothing went missing . To top it off, 2 days after we arrived, our AC broke. Ashley and her husband both came over to help us try and diagnose/fix the problem. She is definitely someone who genuinely cares about her clients and the well being of their families, not just a pay check. She sent us walk thru videos of all the houses we wanted to see and was very honest about all the houses. Whether if it had a smell to it or what kind of area it was in! Ashley was very thorough! She fought to get us our dream house on a budget! The market is crazy tough and she really stuck by our side and made it happen. She’s the best!
