Ashley was AWESOME to work with during the house hunt, the closing phase, and into home ownership. Since this was my first house she really took the time and care to make sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable with the purchase. She did her initial inspection of the house before bringing me over so she could point out any issues that she notices, to ensure I had the whole picture of the home. Some of the things that needed repair in the hole she walked me through her experience with anything that she had seen previously and (within reason) told me how much I might expect to pay to fix it. After I decided to move forward with the house she took care of things in North Carolina while I prepared to move from California, including going back to the house to follow up on things with things that I had questions about. I would absolutely recommend her to others.
