Ashley is by far the best realtor in Findlay in my opinion. She made the process of selling my home so easy and near effortless. She took the time to thoroughly explain any questions I had, and is extremely knowledgeable. She truly wants the best for her clients and is always responsive to calls/texts. I will never use another realtor! Ashley is the best!
Ashley has always been very helpful! We had been debating to sell our home for quite a while and she always was so helpful and right there when we had questions/concerns (and trust me, I had a lot). She was very upfront and honest about everything and explained everything as it was our first time selling a home. I would recommend her to anyone!

We had a very quick experience buying our dream home! We had a few hiccups and headaches along the way, but we are thankful for Ashley and her help with everything. She was ready to answer our many questions and guide us through the process. She knows a lot of resources and has many recommendations for services in the area (inspectors, utility companies, contractors, etc). Let me preface by saying, I am first time home buyer as well as a busy, single mother. I first reached out to Ashley in August 2021 and she quickly started sending me home in the area that met my wants/needs. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes and would send me homes with transparent comments like “It had *this* and I know you don’t like that but it does have *this* I know you love that”. I was very appreciate of her honesty when viewing homes being that I am a first time home buyer and am far from an expert. Ashley was very patient and kind with me and my 5-year-old and always worked with my crazy schedule, viewing homes with me in the evening and answering my questions late in the night. Fast forward to August 2022, a ton of showings and declined offers later, I finally had an accepted offer and began the home buying process. This process can be scary with all the documents and signatures but, Ashley answered every single one of my questions and did a great job explaining what everything was, relieving me of all my concerns. She was there for every walkthrough, inspection, and phone call during this process. She walked me through things that I would have never even thought of: utilities, appliances, closing procedures: nothing came as a surprise. I closed on my home almost a month ago now and Ashley has reached out multiple times to make sure the transition is smooth and offering contacts to contractors to help me with my projects. I would recommended Ashley to anyone in the home buying process!

Ashley was MORE than patient with us when it came to finding a house! She constantly was sending us homes to look at and after almost a year helped us find our forever ( for now) home.
