Ashley Boyd

First, I want to let you know that I’m a harsh critic of R/E professionals as I’ve been relocated 4 times in 10 years. My 5 star rating is real. Ashley exceeded my expectations in every facet of our search/closing. Search - Ashley took the time to get to know us in a meeting prior to our first home visit. We were dead set on one area of town that was tough for us to get to. Ashley previewed homes for us to lessen our time looking at homes that would not work. We ended up finding a home 40 min away in Oviedo which we fell in love with. Negotiations -This is a tough one to review as we did not have much wiggle room. Our timing and the low inventory forced us a little higher, but this could not be blamed on Ashley. She proposed many ideas and tactics that under normal circumstances would have worked. I was pleased with the effort. Process Management - This is where Ashley outshines any other agent I had ever worked with. She controlled every person involved. As a former engineer and current bank executive, I have not seen this much involvement from an agent ever. She controlled the bank (who I work for), the other agent, the inspector, the contractors, the title company, and us when needed. Closing - Who expects that they will find the water main busted at the final walk thru due to shotty work of the seller. Ashley managed this repair through and a professional was back to correct before funds were sent. To summarize, Ashley is someone I would refer to clients, friends, or family. I trust her, and am happy to now call her a friend. If you look at the 1000+ agents in the Orlando area, no one would be as professional, patient, and hard working!!!
