I was not the easiest client as a first time homebuyer I was naïve about the process and had an extremely tight deadline to find our home but Ashley was calm and confident that she could help us which made me calm and confident in the process. Also because we were looking in Rhode Island and Connecticut it was a huge plus for us that Ashley could help search in both locations. Her knowledge, kindness, calm nature and devotion shined through in every interaction we had with her. She was very honest about the houses we looked at and if they would work with the financing. She was responsive and willing to set up showings for any houses we found that we wanted to see and was also flexible with our schedule and showings. She worked to help get answers from our lender, to provide any information that I did not already know and was very quick with any paperwork that needed to signed during the process. The behind the scenes attention that she provides truly shows how much she cares about her clients and their homes just as much as they do. Once we found our house she was there for every step and every question and just as excited as we were when the day finally came that we met our deadline and closed. Ashley was great to work with. She was incredibly responsive and always willing to inquire about a house we found or go to a last minute showing since we live out of town. She was very tolerant and adaptive to the opposite personalities of my husband and myself and that was great - she went with the flow.
