She found our home, and thanks to her we didn’t just find our home, but also secured it way below posted market price without losing the opportunity to buy down interest rate, in addition to seller contribution towards closing costs. Ashley was so kind to even send a gift for our month anniversary since closing which we forgot ourselves. Superb attention to detail on her side. This characterizes her a lot, even how she would spot things we missed during the walkthroughs prior to closing.
