We would definitely recommend this realtor. She is knowledgeable about the market, and said our property would sell quickly. We were a bit skeptical and ready to be in it for the "long haul", so imagine our delighted surprise when it sold in a matter of *days* , and then closed in a few weeks! She did a great job! We live about an hour away from the property we were selling, but preliminary paperwork was easily handled via email. All we really did was show up for closing. It was a great experience.
