This would be my second review of Ashley Benning and Cutler realty. I sold one home and bought another and by choice sold the second. I chose Ashley again the second time after the first experience was the best I had ever had from a real estate agent. I have bought and sold a few homes over my years and Ashley truly goes above and beyond. The second home I sold with Ashley she again went above and beyond stood by me as my agent and made the experience a good one, her guiadance and communication helped ease my stress and kept me aware during the process. Using her knowledge, professionalism and her kindness as more than a transaction of a sale by placing a comfort to you to know you are in good hands. I recommend her & praise her for her dedication.
