Wonderful experience

Ashley Artiles was honestly the best realtor to work with. She walked us through the whole process of selling our farm in homestead. The entire process was painless and fast which was in our favor. While selling our farm she was also walking us through purchasing our new home in Haines City, Orlando that we fell in love with. She honestly held our hands the entire time and was on top of all dates, inspections, questions and any concerns we had. Ashley was even able to negotiate top dollar on the sale and ensured we purchased our new home for the appraised value. She is a great communicator, picks up the phone when you need her, and was super invested in the transaction. She really worked hard to make us feel comfortable which was a difficult feat because we lived at the farm for over 25 years.
