I was worried in the beginning because our area is having an explosion of growth, with thousands of brand new houses being built. I wondered why people would choose to buy an already built house, when they could build brand new. Ashleigh helped me realize that there are lots of people who want an already built house, and she was aggressive in advertising through open houses, and the most beautiful home photography for the listing. Needless to say, our house sold quickly, and for the price we wanted, better than other houses on our street that were comparable in size and price. If I had another house to sell, I would hire Ashleigh again in an instant!
