Highly recommended, super responsive and diligent!

Ashleigh was great! She helped me sell a house with a somewhat complicated situation - I was the power of attorney selling my mother's house, and I live in another state, and the house had been vacant and needed a lot of work. She coordinated seamlessly with the contractor to get the house up to date, and did literally all the on-the-ground work, taking a lot of ownership and initiative to make sure things moved along seamlessly - I never worried about what was happening at the house nor did I ever need to fly down to Atlanta during the entire transaction. We had some unforeseen situational challenges that cropped up during the transaction and she helped me work through them and I felt like we were all part of a team (with the contractor as well). I especially want to commend how available Ashleigh was - I don't think an email or text went by without her acknowledging it almost immediately, and she was immediately on it when, e.g., buyer's agent sent through a purchase agreement amendment after 9 pm on a Friday, less than 3 hours before the due diligence period was ended. Even in a buyer's market, I got an offer almost immediately and the final sale and closing of the house was less than a month after the house went on the market, which I wholly credit Ashleigh for. I can't recommend her highly enough.
