Ashleigh Howell was referred to me by some dear friends who used her as their purchasing agent. She was highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. The sale of my home was during one of the worst times of my life after my wife's passing. Not only was Ashleigh my realtor but became a true friend who handled all of the dealings with empathy, compassion, and understanding. I packed up my things, vacated the house and relocated to another state during the sale of the property, so everything was done remotely. I was a little apprehensive upon leaving, wondering if and what the house would sell for, but in her clam demeaner, Ashleigh stayed the course and was able to surpass my expectations. We used Ashleigh when we first purchased our home and then again to sell our home 3 years later. This was our first time ever buying and then selling a home and she made it so easy! She answered all our questions even the ones I was nervous asking because they seemed stupid to ask! She is very responsive and kind! She is so kind, very responsive and communicative, and she works extremely hard and genuinely cares about her clients. Ashleigh was a fantastic agent willing to meet me at nearly any time before the process including some knowingly annoying times. She was helped throughout the process to deal with all inspections and communications with the previous owners and getting some good negotiations made. Her follow up was also fantastic on putting me in communications with good workers to help me do some early fix ups on my house.

She was able to find us plenty of potential homes (sometimes before they even went on the market), arrange viewings, and coordinate offers within an hour after any decision I made - a necessity for anyone looking to purchase in this fast paced market. She knows the local market very well. She consistently provided detailed answers to all of our questions about schools, neighborhoods, HOAs, flood zones, home history, utility service, and regulations governing the home buying process, typically before we had to ask. The home inspection and real estate attorney services that she recommended were also excellent.
