Ashlee came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had used her to find his home. As first time buyers competing in a tough market, we wanted someone who would be patient with us, and someone who could help us compete by knowing the intown Atlanta market. We got that and more in Ashlee. It took us about seven months to find our house. During that time, Ashlee struck the perfect balance of being encouraging while also never making us feel pressured. When we weren't finding many options in our preferred neighborhoods and price range, Ashlee presented us with several outside the box options that we hadn't considered. She also introduced us to intown neighborhoods we didn't know existed! When we finally put an offer on a house and went under contract, Ashlee was always available to answer our questions, as well as deal with the other agent, our lender, and our closing attorney. At closing, our lender asked me where we found Ashlee because she was "great." I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.
