Ashlee made a complicated sales experience easy for me. I had inherited a house from my mother that was only partially renovated and didn't have a kitchen sink. The house was 2 hours from my home, so not easy for me to attend to it. I assumed I could sell it easily for a low price, but a previous agent was unable to sell it in 6 months. Ashlee arranged for a plumber to install a sink and she even bought a faucet and dropped it off. She also arranged for an HVAC technician to do some work. The house was sold in just a few weeks! I am very grateful to Ashlee for making this sale fast and easy for me.
