He will come in and take control over all aspects of selling your house, assuring that all your needs and desires are included. His professional services included fantastic walk-through and drone videos of your home, interior and yard cleaning as well as staging tips. My wife and I had some very specific timeline issues for moving out unwanted furniture while still living in the house that was very worrisome for us. Asher took control over those issues and provided a stress free transition process for us so we could leave the house before closing and not have to worry about unwanted items. Asher also went way beyond the norm to make sure we received the price we wanted for our house. This included some personal sacrifice on his part that we could never thank him enough for. Asher will maintain constant contact with you. Even when he had other commitments, he always called us back within 30 minutes. I have never been so pleased with a Realtor!
