Arivd Salisbury was referred to my by a close friend and coworker, someone that I can always trust. She described him as professional and very knowledgeable, kind, very patient, and is there right next to one's side, step by step, through the home sale process. When I met him in my home, I realized that he is exactly everything that my friend said he was. This was my first real estate transaction; I was selling the home that my then husband and I had built when we got married. Now it was mine and I cherished it, and wanted a realtor who could understand the deep love I had for my home. I wanted a "forever family" to purchase it, even if I had to accept a lower offer. Arvid was by my side every step of the way. He took my phone calls, he responded to my multiple texts to explain and then reexplain, the whats, whys and how things were happening. This was vital to me and is the reason I had, and still have, complete and total confidence in him as a true professional in the field and an all around "good and honest guy" who always had my best interests in mind. After multiple offers over the weekend, I raced down from Coeur d'Alene to meet with Arvid to review and decide upon them. He presented each offer in increasing bid offer until the last two, which were tied. And my dream for the future owners of my home came true. A young couple with a cat and a dog who loved the yard that I spent hours in each day, and appreciated the work inside the home I had put in to make it my own. A "forever family", at least for my age, that would bring life and keep safe the neighborhood into which they had moved. Without all of Arivd's keen knowledge and dedicated service to me, I don't think this would have happened. Now, I've just purchased a home in another state. My realtor is great and has really worked hard to find the next, and last, home for me. But, she's no Arvid. Melinda Norris
