Artis Reed

Artis was great to work with from the very beginning of the buying process. He listened to what I wanted and was able to adapt quickly. He was very skilled in the negotiation stage once I had selected a home. Then he was very timely and professional to drive to a successful close. I really appreciate the fact that he was responsive and available when there were difficult moments. I would recommend Artis to anyone that is looking for a realtor that is a partner in helping you find the right home.

It was a bumpy ride with the mortgage company, and I’m not sure I would be calling myself a home owner right now if not for Artis. He was such a great help. Artis was able to work with the mortgage company to resolve issues with closing cost. Mortgage company was giving me false information, and Artis made them stick to what they were telling me. Artis was also extremely quick in talking with the seller about issues that were noticed in inspection, and was clearly communicated. Artis was always very quick in responding, and was very knowledgeable when I had questions.

Mr. Reed was available to us any day or night from the time we toured and placed an offer on the home through and beyond closing. Always quick to respond. He is, indeed, very knowledgeable of the area and it's real estate. We are happy to have worked with him.

Working with Artis has been a pleasure. I'm in the process of relocating to the area and he's made this as smooth as possible for me. He provides new listings of my interest as they come available, paying close attention to my specifications. I would highly recommend Artis, he's very professional and knowledgeable of the area.

Artis listened to what I wanted and needed in a new home and quickly found several homes for me to choose from. When I decided on a condo, he was diligent in answering all of my questions. He provided a list at the beginning of the process of everything we would need to ensure a smooth closing. And it worked! He definitely had my best interest in mind from the beginning negotiations to ensuring repairs and repair credits before final walk through and closing. This was most important as I was not a local and was not able to attend the inspection. I would highly recommend Artis to anyone looking to buy or sell as I will definitely will work with him in any future real estate endeavors.
